I am studying Global Business, Logistics, Aviation, Maritime and Supply Chain Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. My work sits where operations meet expression: shipment analysis, apparel system projects, BRD logic, Excel and Power BI-ready tables, WeChat publication and event promotion. I connect data, process, language and visual storytelling into work people can use.

These examples come from BRD drafting, adhoc shipment analysis, multilingual feedback mapping and HeartFire publication work. Confidential internal names and raw material details are intentionally removed.
Business Requirement Document
My strongest deliverable is turning complex inspection logic, exception cases, user actions and system requirements into a structured BRD that business, IT and configuration teams can read together.
Variables, duration and pivot design
For shipment analysis, I focus on the thinking behind the spreadsheet: defining variables, classifying records and designing a color-coded pivot view that helps colleagues review two related duration angles in one place.
English, Chinese, Cantonese and French inputs
I use language ability as a delivery skill: writing clear English requirements, mapping English/French feedback into structured tables and keeping Chinese-facing communication precise when needed.
Jira and UAT as supporting inputs
Jira and UAT are not the main headline; I use them as evidence streams. I structure them by issue, owner, status, module, next action and the BRD or analysis implication.
HeartFire WeChat Official Account
I support public-account content production for a volunteer teaching organization, shaping article structure, copy rhythm, visual sequencing, video material and reusable content archives.
BRD Framework
This table of contents demonstrates how I organize a BRD: first define the framework, then understand the current state, extract shared rules, separate process-specific flows and connect integration needs.

Shipment Data Thinking
In the adhoc shipment work, I focused on how colleagues would actually review the results. The key was to make duration logic, exception categories and color separation understandable in one working view.
The shipment task was not only about counting days. The useful question was how to compare timing outcomes and exception logic without forcing colleagues to jump across separate views.
I shaped the date logic into reusable variables so that missing, removed and rule-based records could be explained consistently before they entered reporting.
I combined two related duration perspectives into one pivot table, then separated them with color blocks so reviewers could scan the two logics together.
The result is a colleague-friendly review layer: faster checking, less ambiguity and cleaner input for follow-up reporting or Power BI dashboard work.
Language Ability
I use language ability to reduce ambiguity: writing requirements in clear English, mapping multilingual feedback carefully and switching communication style for business, technical and public-facing contexts.
Used for BRD drafting, requirement wording, status updates and cross-team clarification.
Used for precise documentation, publication copy and Chinese-facing coordination.
Supports Hong Kong-based teamwork, volunteering and daily operational communication.
Used as a careful support skill when reading simple French inputs and mapping multilingual feedback.

I support content production for the HeartFire WeChat Official Account, including article editing, video material, image sequencing and asset organization. Official account name: 香港心火香傳.
A field-report style article listed on the official HeartFire account, focused on narrative rhythm, photo sequencing and public-facing volunteer storytelling.
